Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how we work, what clients can expect, and how project rights and payments are handled.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Over 9k Studio. By using our website or commissioning our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Over 9k Studio is registered at SUITE C256, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF, United Kingdom.
2. Services
We provide graphic design, branding, custom illustration, and Trading Card Game artwork services. Project scope, deliverables, timing, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.
- Logo design and identity systems
- Custom character and creature illustration
- TCG card artwork and frame design
- Digital and print-ready creative assets
3. Project Quotations & Payment
Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be required before work starts, with the remaining balance due before final file delivery.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
- All prices are quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise
- Late payment may pause active work until payment is received
4. Intellectual Property
After full payment, the client receives commercial usage rights for the final approved deliverables. Drafts, unused concepts, working files, and preliminary ideas remain the property of Over 9k Studio unless agreed in writing.
We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless confidentiality is agreed before the project begins.
5. Revisions
Included revision rounds are confirmed in the project agreement. Additional changes, major direction shifts, or separate late requests may require extra fees.
- Feedback should be consolidated where possible
- Major scope changes may affect price and timeline
- Final approval confirms the deliverable is accepted
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may cancel a project by written notice. Deposits may be refundable before substantive work begins, partially refundable during early concept work, and non-refundable after final delivery or significant production work.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Over 9k Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, opportunities, or goodwill.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project that caused the claim.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential business, creative, and project information shared during the work. A separate NDA can be arranged for sensitive projects.
9. Termination
We may refuse or terminate service for non-payment, abusive conduct, unlawful requests, or breach of these terms. Any completed work and outstanding invoices remain subject to the agreed project terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
