Over 9k Studio is a creative design studio based at SUITE C256, 4-6, Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF, United Kingdom. We provide graphic design, branding, business card design, illustration, and digital artwork services for creators and businesses.

2. Using Our Website

3. Project Requests and Quotations

Project discussions may take place by email, phone, or other written communication. Any quotation, timeline, or scope we provide is based on the information available at the time. Work begins only after the project scope, deliverables, and payment terms are agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, brand material, references, feedback, and approvals required to complete the project. Delays in feedback or missing assets may affect the project timeline.

5. Services and Deliverables

Our services may include visual identity design, business card design, graphic design, illustration, digital artwork, and related creative assets. Final deliverables will be supplied in the agreed format after payment terms have been satisfied.

6. Revisions

Revision terms should be agreed before a project begins. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.

7. Payments

Payment amounts, deposit requirements, and due dates will be confirmed as part of the project agreement. Over 9k Studio may pause or withhold delivery of final files until outstanding payments are received.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved design assets become available to the client after full payment. Over 9k Studio may retain the right to show completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing material unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing.

9. Client Materials

Clients confirm that any logos, images, copy, references, or other materials supplied to Over 9k Studio are owned by them or licensed for the intended use. The client is responsible for permissions relating to supplied materials.

10. Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has started, fees may be due for the work already completed, time reserved, and costs incurred. Any cancellation terms should be confirmed in the project agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Over 9k Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for a project will not exceed the amount paid for that specific project, unless the law requires otherwise.
